We are joined by E. Leese Maingot, host of Shall We Proceed Podcast. A librarian by trade, she loves reading and has created a judgment free zone for people to be open, to be honest, and to share their thoughts and opinions.

E. Leese Maingotโ€™s awakening happened after the passing of her mom. She had a life reset. Until this time, she was coasting through life. She knew how to take care of others but wasnโ€™t taking care of herself. She decided at this time, she started to live her life through the prayers her mother had prayed for that. Part of that includes talking and created a safe space for people to unpack the issues that they tried to skirt around.

E. Leese Maingot loves to have meaningful conversations. She believes in reframing the conversation. It is not as simple as having a conversation about going to church or not eating meat; what is the real issue that you want to dive into. She is not a therapist and will let you know, but as a safe ear, she wants to get to the root of the issue. If you are carrying around stories that arenโ€™t yours, you are creating plotlines that arenโ€™t yours to resolve. E. Leese wants us to heal ourselves so that we can have the meaningful conversations with each other that we need to have. Join us as we have a meaningful conversation about reframing our goals, lives, and stories.
